I love having quick and easy snacks in the freezer for the kids. Mine is always stocked with a bunch of different quick breads (banana, chocolate zucchini, and pumpkin) that I can pull out the night before as an easy breakfast before school. This weekend, the kids and I decided to make some smoothie pops for the freezer. They have been loving them, thinking that they’re getting a real treat in the morning, and I’m sitting in my chair, laughing in my head, because really they’re sucking back a whole bunch of healthy.
It’s just so awesome when that happens.
So, here you go. In five minutes, with just five ingredients, you can have 12 smoothie pops sitting in your freezer for whenever you or the kids want them.

Smoothie Pops
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 whole banana

- ½ cup coconut water (can substitute with fruit juice, apple or grape)
Instructions

- Pour into 12 popsicle moulds.
- Freeze until solid.
